I’ve been taking all my cars here for the 7 years I’ve been living at this end of Naples and never had any problems. I recently asked for some services that I thought were due and they told me they weren’t and when I checked my maintenance schedule I found they were correct. That kind of honesty and the quality of the work they do is why I go there. Typically I wait when I’m having my oil changed and never had any unusually long wait. I’ve recommended them to numerous people and the ones that went there were happy as well.

Drop my car off, and gave them a 800 deposit to fix. They called me and are unable to fix. I asked them for my money back because they are unable to fix it. They are trying to rip me off, I just want car fixed or money back. I prefer to work this but they are riping me off

My appointment was at 9am. At 9:30am I asked the front desk person why nobody take my car for a oil change even my apartment was at 9am and he told me having appointment doesn’t guarantee me anything and if I want to wait I can leave. Unbelievable customer service. I will never go back!
